What I collect

When you contact me through this site I collect:

The name, phone number, email address, suburb and message you submit.
Standard server logs (IP address, browser, referrer, time of visit) — these are collected by the hosting provider and used for site security and performance.
Anonymised analytics if Google Analytics is active on the site.

I do not use tracking cookies beyond standard analytics. I do not run advertising pixels.

Why I collect it

Your contact details are used only to reply to your enquiry, send a quote, attend the job, and invoice the work. Nothing else.

Who sees it

Your contact details and message are seen by me (Antony) and the staff who handle admin and accounts in the family business. They are not sold, traded, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes ever.

If a job involves a third party — for example, you're a tenant and the property manager has lodged the request, or the work needs to be routed to a partner trade (CEC-accredited solar, ARCtick aircon, gas-licensed, plumber-licensed) — they will see the relevant job details in the normal course of the work.

How long I keep it

Job records, quotes and invoices are kept for 7 years to meet ATO record-keeping requirements. Casual enquiries that don't turn into jobs are kept for 12 months then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask me to:

Show you what I have on file about you.
Correct anything that's wrong.
Delete your records (subject to ATO retention requirements above).

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new "Last updated" date.
